Job location: GU12New parts were needed, the engineer had them on their vehicle. They correctly diagnosed from what I had told them and prepared accordingly. They said they would come in the morning and let me know when they were on the way. Unfortunately one hears constantly of work men NOT keeping the customer informed or even worse not turning up.
