    Fantastic Service …fast response

    We called at 10:45 (23/2/26) and explained to Jo that we had a problem with the heating/hotwater diverter and that we had been let down by our regular engineer who we called in December ‘25 ! Jo arranged for Grant to come out this afternoon who promptly checked to make sure this was the issue. He then replaced it and checked it was working correctly . Grant was really friendly and knowledgeable and called before to let us know what time he was arriving. I have now passed the company details onto a friend. WOW what great service ! Thank you

    Reliable, friendly and reasonable prices

    Had a leak in the loft coming from the heating pipe. Called mid morning and someone was with me in a couple of hours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing service. Didn’t cost a bomb either. Will definitely use them again for anything needed.

    Reliable and great customer service

    OnTrack Heating have serviced our boiler and water tank for last 5 or 6 years. This service there was an issue identified. They promptly gave me a quote and managed to find a part and squeeze us in the next working day which was greatly appreciated. They are easy to communicate with, book appointments and get clear quotes and prices.
