10 We needed a new boiler relocated from the site of our old one which had vented into our chimney.

I was very impressed with On Track Heating. They always came when they said they would, they were respectful of our home and they did a great job. The chaps were hard working and courteous. I had a problem where the company covering the warranty to my combi boiler they said that I had corrosion in the radiators. The company then refused to continue with said warranty. I rang On Track Heating and Dave, Grant and Riley assessed the situation. They checked the radiators and the water and discovered that there wasn’t any corrosion and that I didn’t need new radiators. They helped me get my warranty reinstated.I was kept informed throughout the process and they were very professional and knowledgeable.
