  Asked Dan to replace 3 taps, upon removing the bath panel he noticed that there appears to be a leak which he informed me immediately. Dan showed me the problem and also explained the different options available. I found Dan to Bev completely customer oppressed, putting customer satisfaction above profit. Dan is also very honest and completed all the jobs to a very high standard,true professional. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. After working all day he only charged £50 extra from the initial quote that he gave for charging 3 taps, says something of his character.

  Great professional service. Dan replaced the main stopcock and isolation value, he worked efficiently and completed the work without issue. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use his services again in the future.
