  Contacted Dan as we needed a new shower screen and from the start he was amazingly helpful and showed us examples and he ordered it for us and then came to fit it on the day we agreed. He was very efficient and everything was left clean and tidy. We will definitely use Dan again.

  We had some plumbing issues Contact Dan and his response was very prompt Came to the house and looked at the issues. Following the quotation we agreed to do the work. Dan keeps you updated on his visits Very polite did the work efficiently and professionally would be very happy to use his services again. Would recommend him.

  Asked Dan to replace 3 taps, upon removing the bath panel he noticed that there appears to be a leak which he informed me immediately. Dan showed me the problem and also explained the different options available. I found Dan to Bev completely customer oppressed, putting customer satisfaction above profit. Dan is also very honest and completed all the jobs to a very high standard,true professional. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. After working all day he only charged £50 extra from the initial quote that he gave for charging 3 taps, says something of his character.
