Job location: WS11We had a bird entering our loft, so we got in touch with DS Roofing to identify where it was getting in and to block the entry point. From the beginning, their communication was great with responses being prompt and clear. When they arrived, they inspected the loft both from the inside and outside. They quickly identified the entry point (which was in the brickwork near the roof) and blocked it with some lead. They also assessed the overall condition of the roof and offered some recommendations. Throughout our interaction, they were polite, friendly, and answered all my questions. Great experi
