I had a leak on my flat roof and Josh were great. They identified the problem and fixed it straightaway while explaining everything they were doing along the way. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a bird entering our loft, so we got in touch with DS Roofing to identify where it was getting in and to block the entry point. From the beginning, their communication was great with responses being prompt and clear. When they arrived, they inspected the loft both from the inside and outside. They quickly identified the entry point (which was in the brickwork near the roof) and blocked it with some lead. They also assessed the overall condition of the roof and offered some recommendations. Throughout our interaction, they were polite, friendly, and answered all my questions. Great experi

Initial look at the property on day of contact, as happened to be around. Placed leadwork back in place temporarily and returned the next day for it's replacement. Happy with the work, explained what they were doing, demonstrated what needed fixing and made critical suggestions. Good reliable tradesmen, highly recommend them.

Brilliant company. Chatty, friendly, told you exactly what they were going to do (and did it perfectly!), didn’t over-charge, would recommend to anybody.
