I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Contacted DS plumbing and heating came around promptly and resolved issue would highly recommend

David was very courteous and arrived on time. Explanations were given throughout the check. Not much mess at all. He even helped me remove items located around the boiler. Extremely good customer services and would definitely use David again directly or recommended referral. Well done.

I had a leaking boiler with inconsistent water pressure and was unable to put on heating without making the issue worse. This was causing me alarm. On Saturday through the Vaillant repairs hub, I found David and he responded the next day (Sunday) to book an appointment. First thing Monday he came to fix the issue. David gave consistent and insightful feedback whilst highlighting and eventually correcting the issue in a prompt timeframe. Leaving no room for any anxieties. If any more issues come up, I’ll be sure to come to you first. Couldn’t be happier, thank you for your help.

Completed today by D.S Plumbing & Heating to a high standard, with attention to detail and clear communication. David went an extra mile, was very helpful offering different options with the installation and also assessing and tightening the leak found on my boiler.
