10 Call out for gas leak

Job location: SN2Darran was fantastic. We had a large escape of gas which was picked up when we had our smart meter fitted. The original gas inspection company didn’t want to come and inspect so we outsourced an independent gas engineer. Darran was quick to come out and inspect the situation. He located all areas of escape and rectified them. He also installed a new gas hob for us. Very chatty, great worker and will keep him on our books for all future gas/plumbing works. - GGinette P
9.67 Installation of unvented hot water cylinder

Darren explained everything that needed to be done. The pipework is neat and tidy.The old cylinder and water tank were removed from the property. 10 Fitted a new Combi boiler

Job location: RG17Darren was brilliant and very knowledgeable, he stripped out our old unvented system and put in a new combi boiler. He explained the process all along and kept us up to date on what was happening. He was extremely efficient and we felt his work was a very high standard. we are so pleased with the new system. Darren was extremely informative and although he couldn't complete the work (purely because we needed someone within 24hrs and he wasn't available until the following week), he helped us with immediate remedies and sound advice over the phone.
