I recently gave a good review to this man, today the tank he fixed leaked so I phoned him to ask for help. I was met with a tirade of abuse and he said that he had done me a favour by coming out, despite him contacting me via Checkatrade. .After he calmed down he apologised and agreed to come out and check things for me. He then made me to send him photos and then phoned me to say I would probably need a new water tank and that he couldn’t do the work for weeks, he then told me he would not be coming out as it was nothing to do with him. He clearly did not do the work I paid for properly.

I shall be contacting Checkatrade regarding this negative review . The problem in the first instance was a leaking drain valve, which I fixed . The recall , which I haven’t attended due to time constraints , is a separate issue . I asked the customer to check the original issues and she informed me that this was dry . The problem from the photos that were sent to me is an internal issue in the cylinder .
