  Alarm service

  I would highly recommend this company. We have been with them at least 15 years if not more and they have always been reliable and pleasant professional people. The office and engineers always keep in contact keeping you informed of appointments and arrival times so no waiting in all day. They are always helpful and easy to deal with, we once had an emergency with our battery overheating and they sent someone straight away. Also very good value compared to prices of other companies. As said at the beginning would highly recommend.

  As always DSI provided excellent service. Arrived when they said they would, good communication both pre appointment and on the day. Their 24 hour call out contract has been excellent through out thd year

  We've used DSI for over 25 years now and they've always been excellent. With any tradesman you want to be able to trust them, have confidence they can do a good job and don't charge the earth. DSI have consistently met all this criteria - I wish all companies were like them.

  Very efficient and friendly service. Excellent advice given and even advised us that one ‘extra’ that we had considered was not worth purchasing. Their costs seem comparable with our alarm supplier at our previous address.
