I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. The office receptionist was extremely polite and arranged the next available appointment for an engineer without any hassle. The engineer arrived promptly, was clearly very knowledgeable, and diagnosed and resolved the issue in under five minutes. Efficient, professional, and reliable and highly recommended.

DSI do our servicing of our system and any other works required , we have used them for a lot of years and are always looked after and very prompt at doing so ,as always they are considerate of our business and it's needs.

I would highly recommend this company. We have been with them at least 15 years if not more and they have always been reliable and pleasant professional people. The office and engineers always keep in contact keeping you informed of appointments and arrival times so no waiting in all day. They are always helpful and easy to deal with, we once had an emergency with our battery overheating and they sent someone straight away. Also very good value compared to prices of other companies. As said at the beginning would highly recommend.

As always DSI provided excellent service. Arrived when they said they would, good communication both pre appointment and on the day. Their 24 hour call out contract has been excellent through out thd year

Had problems with my alarm system due to my own ineptitude!!!!! DSI responded quickly and were able to sort out my problem immediately.
