  Repointing courtyard flagstones

  Dean did a professional job for our owners at the property. Weather was the difficult factor, but patience paid off and the courtyard looks sharp. Company knew their business and the factors to attend to for a quality job.

  patio repair

  Unfortunately the general workforce demonstrated shoddy work , The trades person did good building work but the labourers seemed unskilled and careless. The poor weather caused problems which wasn't anyone's fault. My main concern now is that despite pressuring me to pay within minutes of the job being completed, which I refused , until I could walk up and down the steps to ensure they met building regulations I have not received a receipt for my payment. I have asked 3 times for this.

  Gravel driveway

  Torrential run, run off from the road, turned our driveway to mud with flooding in parts. Dan and his team cleared and removed the mud, brought in hard-core and then finished with chippings. Efficient, clean and tidy, friendly team who cared about doing a good job at a reasonable price. Work completed in two days. Would highly recommend.

  Front garden renovation

  The workman who came to lay my patio was not the same person who had come to price the job and did not seem to know the details of what I wanted, specifically the problems with drainage. There were several times that he was due to come but didn't, for various reasons, so it was another week until the work actually commenced, and it was only partially completed. The standard of work was very poor, the front edge of the patio misaligned, several of the large porcelain tiles didn't adhere properly to the cement base and I later found refuse buried in the area where I have drainage issues. Avoid!

  Driveway extension

  Nick and his team did a brilliant job extending my current block paved driveway. We purchased a new home and quickly needed to make room for a second car due to lack of street parking. Nick gave us a prompt quote and was able to start work in a timeframe that suited us. He did a really good colour match taking into account the fact the current driveway has weathered and aged. Nothing was too much to ask and they even stayed longer to take a tree down in the back garden. All waste was removed and everything was left clean and tidy. All in all, great service and great work.
