Arranged time to come out and view job to quote, but never arrived and no further communication.

Came to look at the job with a view to quoting me the same day however after chasing a couple of times I never received one so I cancelled it. I text him to tell him and he apologised profusely and was open and honest about the situation so I decided to give him the job. They worked really well, ensured it was exactly as I wanted and went above and beyond. So glad I used them and will be using them again in future.

After agreeing a planned home visit to assess work, he simply didn’t turn up and subsequently ignored my SMS message asking if he was still coming.

Dean did a professional job for our owners at the property. Weather was the difficult factor, but patience paid off and the courtyard looks sharp. Company knew their business and the factors to attend to for a quality job.

Unfortunately the general workforce demonstrated shoddy work , The trades person did good building work but the labourers seemed unskilled and careless. The poor weather caused problems which wasn't anyone's fault. My main concern now is that despite pressuring me to pay within minutes of the job being completed, which I refused , until I could walk up and down the steps to ensure they met building regulations I have not received a receipt for my payment. I have asked 3 times for this.
