got off to a stuttery start, but made up the time later. they did a good job and the price was very good compared to some quotes that I received.

they were very prompt finished the job in one day from first contact. cleaned up any mess made on the road. full marks

Friendly and helpful staff whom work hard and diligently until full completion to a high standard of the job which, included working late into the evening.

Arranged time to come out and view job to quote, but never arrived and no further communication.

Came to look at the job with a view to quoting me the same day however after chasing a couple of times I never received one so I cancelled it. I text him to tell him and he apologised profusely and was open and honest about the situation so I decided to give him the job. They worked really well, ensured it was exactly as I wanted and went above and beyond. So glad I used them and will be using them again in future.

After agreeing a planned home visit to assess work, he simply didn’t turn up and subsequently ignored my SMS message asking if he was still coming.
