  Damp investigation and remediation of a flat in South Shields

  I had a couple of companies come and 'investigate' and quote on the problems with my flat and now, knowing more, I shudder to think what would have happened if I'd gone with them and their "damp courses" (which don't work long term). Dryseal were totally different. The survey was a level above and they noticed loads of things the others hadn't. They managed the whole project for me. Rotten flooring replaced. PIV ventilation system installed. Ground level drains fitted. Membranes on the walls. Brilliant work done to a high standard and a permanent solution to the issue.

  Kris rang in response to my request for help very quickly and then arrived within 15 mins. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and gave us excellent advice.

  Investigation of damp

  I have nothing but good things to say. We had two areas of damp that we needed someone to advise about. Kris, from DRYSEAL, got in touch as soon as I had placed the request and came out to take a look very quickly. Kris did a very through job - he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend DRYSEAL and will definitely use them again if we have any other work that needs doing.

  Damp proofing and older property

  The survey was carried out efficiently in a matter of fact manner. The quote came back promptly (not the cheapest but gave me confidence). The work was carried out without fuss and within the time parameters quoted (even though there were unforseen glitches) and in budget. A good job, well done.

  Loft insulation renewed, loft boarding, installed positive flow ventilation system, removed waste.

  Excellent job

  Kris and his team damp proofed my living room in May. Further issues found - my house is 140 years old - with floor joists, woodworm and dry rot. All treated and living room almost back to normal within 4 days. Needs to be decorated now 😊. I cannot praise Kris and his team highly enough, they were respectful of my property, polite, and very considerate of my pets.
