OUTSTANDING We had researched various companies local to Tyne and Wear and came across Dryseal Damp Proofing Services Ltd. Feedback was tremendous. From our initial contact and the survey being done we had no doubt that this was the company for us. Very honest and extremely helpful with advice and suggestions that we would never had thought about. This company have been perfect in every aspect of the work they carried out. The workforce they employ are polite courteous and friendly. After every part of the job the place was cleaned I was amazed by the professionalism. Highly recommended

I contacted dryseal on check a trade as I had damp on my walls and I could see my floor rising in areas. Kris came straight out and checked it for me and explained the problems. His quote was very reasonable and himself and the team were all friendly and very reliable. Throughout the job they came across some challenges and worked really hard, Great job done, great finish and kept everything as clean as possible I’d 1000000% recommend them to anyone.

Kris was thorough in explaining the best way to treat my problem. I was happy with the price and the work was completed on time. I am happy with it (although I won't know if it's worked till next Winter). They applied the membrane and then skimmed new plaster over it, and the plaster is very well done, very smooth and it has been feathered in well so you can't see any joins. They also installed a new air brick to improve air circulation. Kris also checked under the floor when he was here, and did an extra job to apply membrane to an area of damaged floor joist at no extra cost.

Kris came to assess the damp on fireplace wall and damp in bedroom. He was very professional and advised us of what the work would entail. Offered a quote which was within our budget. Communicated throughout. The lads turned up on time and did an excellent job on fireplace wall, they cleaned up afterwards and left the room exactly as they found it. Would highly recommend this company

Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the job Kris and his team have done on the rising damp I had at the front door of my 1st floor flat. Kris was very well informed and helpful when he came to view my flat for the initial quote so I was more than happy to go ahead with the work. The price was very reasonable for what I needed and it was completed thoroughly, to a very high standard. I would recommend Dryseal Damp Proofing to ANYONE! ☺️
