  Damp survey

  Excellent service from start to finish by Martin. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole damp survey process. He was very understanding about delays and kept me informed at every stage, which I really appreciated. The final report was extremely detailed and professional, including a clear floor plan and comprehensive photos that made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a damp survey.

  Very professional damp specialist

  I was having a big damp issue in one of my rooms and Martin quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and wrote a comprehensively detailed report outlining the issues with the room, the general recommendations and estimates for remedial work within a few days, I was pleasantly surprised. After I gave him the go ahead to commence the remedial works, Martin always arrived on time and diligently worked on striping the damaged wall right down to the brick work, sealed the cracks on the window sill and completed the job excellently whilst being friendly and transparent. Very much recommend.

  Perfect homebuyers report

  Really happy with the work Martin provided! Report was delivered ahead of schedule with lots of detail and explanation, along with photographs covering all issues. I was particularly pleased that Martin went above and beyond in directly communicating with the estate agent for access and he even carried out a few additional measurements I needed with no charge! This saved me upwards of two hours getting there and doing it myself. This report will be instrumental in my renegotiation with the vendor. Thanks again!

  Great service

  Martin came round the next day and carried out a thorough survey. He called as soon as the survey was complete and we recieved the report promptly. Great service, everything was explained. I would recommend Dry forge if you want a quick and thorough service.

  Damp Survey Review

  Martin was amazing at conducting the survey. It was hassle free as he offered to collect the keys for the properties which means I didn’t have to chase up the agency myself. He conducted a thorough survey and sent over a report outlining his survey findings in detail. I would definitely recommend his services.

  Very satisfactory outcome

  Martin was prompt in replying to my enquiry with checkatrade. He explained the cause of my rising damp problem, and how to remedy it. He is a very pleasant young man, he worked well and cleaned up at the end of the day.
