  Roof report

  Very poor experience. The roofer was quick to respond before payment, but after I paid he stopped replying to messages and calls. He told me the report would be sent by the end of last week, but it never arrived and he has since ignored all further contact. I have paid for a report that I still have not received. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to hire him. Make sure all agreed work is fully completed and any promised reports or documents are received before making payment.

  Damp survey

  Excellent service from start to finish by Martin. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole damp survey process. He was very understanding about delays and kept me informed at every stage, which I really appreciated. The final report was extremely detailed and professional, including a clear floor plan and comprehensive photos that made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a damp survey.
