  Anthony gave a clear outline of the work needed, the total cost, the time it would take & details of what we’d need to do to make the area accessible. Refreshingly clear & easy to follow :) He & his team arrived on time, worked efficiently &, having started the job, made a change to the work carried out- in our favour at no extra cost. Not only that, Anthony came up with a solution to an associated problem outside the remit of the work & actually did the work to resolve it at no extra cost. Throughout, Anthony was very sensitive to our needs. Very impressed, highly recommend. Thanks!

  Anthony was prompt with responses from my first contact, he booked me in quickly and arrived on time. He carried out the work to a very high standard and explained everything in detail and showed me photos of the issue and explained what he had done to fix it.
