Refreshingly clear & easy to follow :) He & his team arrived on time, worked efficiently &, having started the job, made a change to the work carried out- in our favour at no extra cost. Not only that, Anthony came up with a solution to an associated problem outside the remit of the work & actually did the work to resolve it at no extra cost.
