  Our engineer, Ken, came over at quite short notice and accommodated my job after hours. He phoned me to discuss the issue and arrange the visit. His service was efficient, he fixed the problem quickly and had a friendly demeanour. V satisfied customer.

  Called up on a Saturday morning with an issue with our washing machine & received communication from Drums n hoses almost immediately. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful & they were able to send someone out to help the same afternoon. Ken called during the afternoon to find out more information about the problem & gave us a more exact time for his arrival. He arrived promptly & was incredibly helpful & knowledgable - thank you very much!

  Washing Machine Repair

  Messaged Company got a phone call from Ken who.made arrangements to attend that night . Carried out full check on machine and explained as he went along carrying out the work. I could honestly one of the best tradesman I've ever had carrying out work in my house . I can highly recommend the company to which Ken is a credit .

  I was contacted very shortly after my job was live. The appoitment to assess the job was set up shortly as well, but the work was done by somebody else in the end. The whole experience was very professional.
