  I was contacted very shortly after my job was live. The appoitment to assess the job was set up shortly as well, but the work was done by somebody else in the end. The whole experience was very professional.

  I was on the verge of buying a new machine, but decided to ask a tradesperson before I did so. Really glad I did, as on inspecting the machine Robbie informed me that it could be fixed, which he did in no time. Saving me a couple of hundred pounds on a new machine. Highly recommend this company!

  Fantastic service from Ken. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem and was extremely knowledgeable. The service was excellent value for money, and he was friendly and helpful throughout. He also shared great tips for maintaining my dishwasher and washing machine, and even gave me a good recipe to try! Thanks very much, Ken, brilliant service.
