Robbie gave me notice of his arrival, did what was required and at all times was cheerful, helpful and tidy. Excellent job - done and dusted in 45 mins. Deep joy!

Issue with fridge freezer temperature panel - appointment made on 3 July for July 8. Company couldn’t advise morning or afternoon but said could let us know evening before, this didn’t happen. On July 8 after asking received message of 12-3 slot which could be delayed. Engineer arrived 5.15. Was very courteous, professional and quickly established what was wrong and advised of costs of parts (which he was able to show us on phone ) which needed replacement- we concluded these costs were near the cost of a replacement fridge so decided not to go ahead with repairs- appreciated the honesty.

Robbie arrived on time. He refitted seal on our washing machine. He explained how he was going to carry out repair. Repair was completed perfectly. Robbie was very pleasant and professional, a credit to your company. Well done!! 10/10

Ken called to give arrival time. He quickly identified the problem, took the time to explain what had happened and how to solve. Would def recommend.
