I had a rat problem down at my yard. I called Des and the same day he dealt with the job quickly and efficiently! Throughout the time of Des dealing with this problem we got to know each other well and he completed the job long term by re doing my drains. Would recommend DR property maintenance and pest control to anyone!

We had caught a couple of mice ourselves but wanted to get a professional in to check and advise. Des arrived and gave us some advice on how to try to stop them getting in, looking at potential places where they could be accessing, what they could be surviving on and how to minimise this and the risks posed but the little critters. We had put some bait boxes and traps down ourselves so Des refreshed these for us. Hopefully putting in place Des’s suggestions will stop the problem, but we would have no hesitation in getting him back if needed for this problem or any other.

Turned up on the day I called (which was a Saturday), got up on the roof and blasted the little bu..ers. Very personal service.

The contractor arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, discussed the solution and did the work. He dealt with the problem very efficiently and effectively. He was very courteous and helpful.
