Excellent team, super efficient and very professional.

Drivault came out and sorted 99% of the issue the first time right, but there was a small section with remaining issues. I contacted them about the warranty on work and without any issues they agreed to send someone out who comprehensively sorted the issue. I would highly recommend especially as they are lovely and do what they say they will!

Very happy we engaged DriVault, firstly to investigate our damp issues & give us advice and options, and then on receiving the report we chose the route we wanted to go down. We opted for thermal plastering in 2 rooms, which would take 2 days. Ryan and Danny arrived right on time, & were hard working, conscientious, polite, and covered all the flooring to protect everywhere they needed to walk and work. They had to take the radiators off the walls, which they were obviously very used to doing, and everything went smoothly from start to finish & gave us helpful advice before they left. Great!

Damp proofing work carried out at a tenated property in South London. Drivault turned up on time as promised, they were very responsive and helpful. Julie in the office was great at keeping us updated on the progress. The quality of the work is good & was completed in the agreed timeline. Overall very satisified and would happily recommend them.

From start to finish all the work was done quickly and professionally. Surveyor came with a bunch of equipment (not a simple humidity tester, but a probe and a thermal camera) that definitely helped to find the source of the proble. Two builders that helped me, Danny and Ryan, were punctual and effective: protected the rooms, fixed the problem, put radiator back, even leveled the walls with additional plaster, and cleaned everything. It took 1.5 days. Highly recommend.
