Excellent experience in some much needed rising damp control. Elliott was very clear and helpful when making thew initial visit. Quote followed quickly after followed by good communication regarding the work being carried out. Jamie and Finn turned up on the dot to carry out the work. They had to return the following day to finish off which they did extremely professionally. All in all and excellent experience that I would highly recommend

Damp survey carried out as requested, quickly and efficiently. Some issues with booking admin, but were all resolved quickly and well communicated by the back office.

I heard that the previous tenants of the flat I'm purchasing experienced damp & mould issues. Becuase of this I wanted a comprehensive damp survey done of the property. The surveyor was on time, thorough and provided me with a clear report of his findings by the end of the day.

I had rising damp that had damaged the plaster of a downstairs wall, and also needed an extractor fan installed. Jamie and Finn were absolutely great, they turned up on time, got the job done well and quickly, and left everything spotless afterwards. Same goes for the inspector that did the initial quote. The company is responsive over email and answers questions and requests promptly which is more than can be said for some out there.

Surveyor had a look at damp patches and quickly determined the cause - moisture caused by warm air meeting cold air under roof. Recommended moisture repellent product for treatment.
