  Hassle free replacement boiler installation

  We have used Drayton for all our heating and plumbing work over the past 10 years so we had no hesitation in employing them to supply and install a new boiler. After an initial consultation with Andy the work required was clearly explained and quote received. The work was carried out by Doug and Ollie in an efficient and very professional manner. The disruption caused was minimal and we were very pleased with the result. We would not hesitate to recommend Drayton for heating and plumbing work.

  Have been using Drayton for a number of years and they have always provided excellent service. Have just replaced our boiler and as expected the price was competitive and the fitting first rate. Highly recommended.

  Home heating boiler replacement

  The company has been in the area for a long time. As a result, we have several friends and neighbours who have used and recommend them. The engineers were professional, polite and friendly. Their first task was to lay carpet protectors, so at the end of the installation, there was no mess to clear up. Communication was excellent, including explanation of the new system and controls. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and would definitely recommend them.

  Emergency Boiler Repair

  We were left stranded after a British Gas boiler engineer visited our property! carbon monoxide Leak within the boiler unit, caused by a damaged turret seal from the flue. British offered no solution and slapped a danger at risk tag on the unit. We rang Drayton, and were responded with a comforting and personal service from booking the repair to completion. With recurrence after inspection and adjustment the boiler was safe to use again. We would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thank you.

  New boiler installation & new pipe work

  Drayton Boiler Services were great from the off - I have used them before so knew I wouldn’t be disappointed but from the initial inspection with Andy where he fully explained everything I needed (with options) to getting the quote and installation of the boiler, I can not fault them. Doug the engineer was very experienced, answered any questions I had during the installation, kept me up to date with what he was doing and was very tidy in his work (the new tidied up pipe work is great). I felt very confident with all of the work that they carried out and would 100% recommend them 😊
