I chose Drayton Boiler services after reading their reviews on thie site. From arranging the initial appointment through to installatikn and.follow up service, I could not be more pleased. A family run business with a great service. Their quotes are market price but what makes them stand out is their professionalism, expertise and courteous in all dealings. On the day of installation, George arrived on time and was hugely respectful of being in my home. I could not believe the amount of work he achieved in one day and the fact there was no mess! Overall, excellent service. Thank you.

A short note to say how impressed we are with Steve who serviced our boiler this morning. He took time to explain everything to us and carried out the service promptly and efficiently.

We have used Drayton for all our heating and plumbing work over the past 10 years so we had no hesitation in employing them to supply and install a new boiler. After an initial consultation with Andy the work required was clearly explained and quote received. The work was carried out by Doug and Ollie in an efficient and very professional manner. The disruption caused was minimal and we were very pleased with the result. We would not hesitate to recommend Drayton for heating and plumbing work.

The company has been in the area for a long time. As a result, we have several friends and neighbours who have used and recommend them. The engineers were professional, polite and friendly. Their first task was to lay carpet protectors, so at the end of the installation, there was no mess to clear up. Communication was excellent, including explanation of the new system and controls. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and would definitely recommend them.
