  Very professional and polite. They booked an appointment immediately based on their availability. Turned up on time and informed 30 minutes before arrival. They did the job without any issues and provided accurate updates. Great communication, polite, and highly professional. I would highly recommend them.

  Sink Drain sorted and Toilet U-Pipe

  Really impressed with the help they provided! Andy and Peter are quite the team, who are efficient at troubleshooting and very fun to joke around with. Our sink was draining really slowly, and they came twice in four days, on their own accord, to make sure the depth of the problem was sorted - staying that extra bit longer to make sure there were no further issues. Would highly recommend Drain Zone.

  Connecting drain channel in front of garage door to a rainwater gully

  Drain Zone arranged for an engineer to visit and assess the problem prior to recommending a solution and providing an estimate. Within a week the engineer returned to carry out the work which was completed quickly and efficiently and without fuss.
