  Kitchen sink refitting and drainage unblocking

  Very impressed with DrainZone. Michael called me within a minute of sending my request late in the evening, and they were able to quote and book a visit quickly. Andy and Luke were excellent—professional, helpful and clear in their explanations. They replaced my sink and tap and cleared a difficult blockage, all within about four hours. The price was very reasonable compared with another drainage firm. Highly recommended.

  The team arrived on time, came prepared, and got to work quickly. The technician was professional and courteous, which I appreciated. However, their pricing system wasn’t clearly explained. I was told they’d try rodding first, but in reality the technician went straight to jetting without any real attempt at rods. Since I’d already asked for the pressure hose, I didn’t mind, but I don’t think I should be charged for a step never attempted. Overall, good service, but I’d advise anyone using them to get a written quote upfront.

  An Excellent Company

  Drain Zone came to my rescue. Having had blocked toilets and shower for quite a few days. Adam was brilliant, he kept me informed at all stages, and explained what would be happening. I would certainly recommend Drain Zone, it’s an excellent company.

  A good value and responsive business

  I contacted Drain Zone for a check quote on a job I had already had quoted for. On this occasion, I didn't use them for the work but did use their competitive quote to drive down the quote from my existing provider. They were quick off the mark, responsive and helpful - and good value. I would use them in the future for sure.

  Great communication

  Drainzone were excellent. They carried out a CCTV camera survey on a property I am in the process of purchasing. Their communication was excellent and very friendly accommodating staff.

  Unblocking sewer pipe - great service

  I have a recurring blocked sewer pipe and asked Drain Zone to quote to unblock it. Michael and his colleague replied to my enquiry very quickly, and offered to attend my property the next day. They unblocked the pipe in short order, and charged less than the initial quote as it was easier / quicker than they estimated. Great service all round, would definitely recommend them.
