  Survey of drains

  I was quoted for a drain survey. The job was booked for lunch time, arrived late and rescheduled as time was insufficient. They arrived when I was abroad. The company revised the quote and charged £ 316 extra. I requested the invoice and report. After chasing numerous times the invoice was provided a week later. No report, the company now wants the full payment prior to releasing anything. I have used check a trade for years with no problems until now. Dismal customer service and unacceptable demands.

  Drain Zone - An excellent company

  From the moment we contacted Drain Zone we were impressed with the speed of response and all the information we were given by Michael. The professionalism of the drainage engineer (Luke) was truly exceptional. A very pleasant and courteous individual who arrived at the arranged time and set about dealing with the issue we were facing with one of our toilets/drain. We very much appreciated his expertise in sorting out an issue which had plagued us for some time as well as the sound advice that he gave us to prevent it reoccurring. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
