Job location: BN22Outstanding the guys came within 1 - 2 hours, explained what likely caused the blockage and used their equipment to unblock the sewage drain/outlet all within 30 minutes. Absolutely recommend Drain Zone! - AAnonymous

Within 5 minutes of putting the request into Checkatrade I was contacted by Drain Zone and an appointment booked for the same day. The technician on arrival quickly diagnosed the issue and it was sorted in highly professional manner within an hour. 7.33 Blocked drain outside kitchen sink

Arrived within scheduled window. Had to be briefed on what was required despite this being provided over the phone. Manholes had kindly been concreted in by the previous owner but he did a good job of getting access and then clearing the drain. I explained what the problem was to Drain Zone I had a prompt response and the engineer knew what was needed unblocked the drain keeping me informed all the way thru ..
