  Excellent swift assistance in an emergency. Very friendly plumber who was excellent with the elderly resident and updated her as he went along. Office staff were also very helpful and kept the updates regular

  Drain beginning to back up

  Drain cleaned as required. Arrived slightly later than period booked. However I had this communicated in advance so was aware and able to manipulate day accordingly. Operative very efficient in undertaking and completing the requirements. Would use again if required
