Chloe from Drain Zone was prompt (early!), friendly courteous and effective at detecting the problem with the drainage system. She quickly had the issue sorted out with ease and a smile! 😀 Would definitely recommend Drain Zone who called me back very quickly after my enquiry, and Chloe in particular in their team.

Excellent communication from the office staff on availability, timings, price and their requirements to complete the task. Easiest and cheapest option tackles first then other options are followed through if necessary. Easiest worked and task completed efficiently and effectively with courtesy and professionalism.

Booked a CCTV drainage survey which turned out to be more straightforward than expected. Luke was honest and reduced the scope and fee according to the new scope of works which was greatly appreciated. He was clearly very knowledgeable and also very personable. Luke took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really valued. Would definitely recommend Drain Zone.

Came asap and did job in one day

Was given a quote from a very polite gentleman, booked the job in quickly with the promise of a call 30 mins beforehand which we received. Chloe rang amd I explained to her that my children had sensitivities due to their autism, she was very understanding and empathetic she came and carried out a quick amd thorough job, would definitely recommend and use again
