From the start my experience with DrainZone was excellent. Andy and Peter were incredibly prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain step by step what they were investigating and then the problem. Which was a giant piece of hedge blocking the main drain rather substantially! My problem was resolved and I felt reassured. Fortunately drains and toilets are back to normal, if not better than ever. Excellent service and would recommend. Thank you both for everything!

CCTV Drainage Survey. Booked the appointment and they attended quickly. Very knowledgeable and professional team. Michael arrived on time and provided footage, mapping and a full condition report on the same day. I wouldn’t use any other drainage company, these guys are on the ball. From the moment we contacted Drain Zone we were impressed with the speed of response and all the information we were given by Michael. The professionalism of the drainage engineer (Luke) was truly exceptional. A very pleasant and courteous individual who arrived at the arranged time and set about dealing with the issue we were facing with one of our toilets/drain. We very much appreciated his expertise in sorting out an issue which had plagued us for some time as well as the sound advice that he gave us to prevent it reoccurring. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
