Friendly, reliable and overall great experience

We were assailed by a horrible smell of drains every time the washing machine was used. The problem was caused by a blocked outlet pipe (also used by the sink in the kitchen) ... a combination of grease, fat and lint. The response from this company was first-class, from the initial contact to the response time to the work itself. I'm glad it wasn't me who had to clear the congealed mess in the outlet pipe!! The guys did an exceptional job.

Good company. I would use again. slightly late as over running from another job. The rough quote was increased which was another negative. However the job only took Daniel 5-10 minutes to clear. Toilet working perfectly once again.

My kitchen sink was clogged. They contacted me and came the next day to fix it. They explained the issue and whether anything needed to be done with the main pipe. Very efficient and helpful. Strongly recommend

First of all, I did not realise that they only dealy with drainage but after all thay did a Fantastic job. The time and effort I thought it was quite east but I then realised that the job thet did was truly unbelievable. I had Paid Home serve for over ten years but I asked them to come twice and job was not done properly. Thank you Drain Unblocking 24/7!!!

Exceptionally prompt response, came out on Easter Monday and a drain that has been causing us problems for years was fixed within 30min.
