  Ali the engineer arrived promptly and was very professional in assessing the work that needed to be done. All completed quickly, quietly and cleanly and we now have a functioning toilet again! Highly recommended!

  Jay and his team were absolutely brilliant. I had a big urgent problem to resolve asap. They promptly visited the site and provide me with a quote the day after I called them. Both interventions where carried out fast and Jay has been keeping me informed constantly via WhatsApp. Always answering the phone and really helped solving the problem even when things became difficult due to limit access to pipework and other complications. I am very grateful for the way Drain Pro System has handled my case

  10/10 Very easy to deal with

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had used the company previously and was very happy with their service, so when I experienced a blockage in my sink this time, they were the first company that came to mind. After my initial contact, they quickly arranged for an engineer to come out and deal with the blockage. I was surprised by the amount of limescale the engineer managed to remove from the pipes. The price was excellent for the quality of service provided.

  Blocked sink, standing water 10/10 service!

  I have standing water in the kitchen sink, it was not draining. After a couple of Mr Muscle bottles there was still water not draining. I raised the work on CheckATrade last night and within a few minutes Jay called me saying he was able to arrange an engineer in the morning. The engineer came out first things and used a special hoover to suck out all the build up of food etc.. he put everything back to the way it was and done thorough tests to ensure everything was working as it should be.

  Unblocking sink

  Fast response to the job I needed doing, they were very accommodating concerning the timings I could do and actually turned up sooner. Ali was very pleasant, job was done quickly and efficiently. Good communication throughout. Would use again and recommend.
