Excellent service. The job was complex, with old shallow pipes. A senior experienced engineer arrived within an hour of submitting request, explained clearly why the options were, his office gave me an acceptable quote, and he carried out the work efficiently and cleanly. Work was done efficiently and effectively. The plumber was friendly, courteous and cleaned up as he went along. We tested the water flow and even ran a short washing machine cycle to test and check there were no more blockages or leaks.
