Having been advised by the company employed by my insurance company that the drain would have to be replaced at great expense, I looked on checkatrade put my request in and my phone rang and I was told that an engineer could be round in 45 minutes. He arrived in good time and worked continuously for over 2 hours to clear the drain completely. Drain Master Ltd are super efficient and conscientious. I am very happy with the procedure and the result.

Lilly was incredibly professional and courteous while on the phone with us when we requested a quote. She asked questions to better understand the situation, so when she sent out Ali, he was all clued in. Ali was also incredibly professional. He came into our home and checked out the situation thoroughly before getting started, once we accepted the quote offered for the task at hand. Ali was an absolute delight to have in our home, and clearly had complete experience and knowledge in what he does. Ali also completely cleaned up behind him, which other traders could learn a thing or two from.

Ali attended today. Firstly the entire process was super Professional, extremely fast attendance. Ali worked effortlessly to get the sink flowing again. He tested the end job numerous times to ensure all was working properly. And of course Ali cleaned and sanitised every where and left the kitchen area neat and tidy.

Drain Masters Ldn replied to my request on Checkatrade within an hour and sent 2 engineers the same day. They kept me updated with progress and the engineers arrived as promised. Jay and Ali assessed the situation and jetted the blockage clear with high pressure. They were polite and helpful and explained what they were doing. The charge was very fair and I can recommend the company to anyone with drain problems.

Very polite, professional and punctual. They turned up on time and fixed the blocked sink within an hour. Highly recommended.
