Aaron came out quickly after I called him and was very professional. He identified the cause of our blocked toilet which was a blockage in the manhole. The manhole turned out to be in a very tricky place buried under bricks and pebbles. Aaron tidied all of this away after completing the job and he left it all looking as he found it. Very polite, thorough and informative. Explained what had caused the blockage and also used an imaging camera to ensure there were no collapse or movement of the drain pipe.
