Aaron came out quickly after I called him and was very professional. He identified the cause of our blocked toilet which was a blockage in the manhole. The manhole turned out to be in a very tricky place buried under bricks and pebbles. Aaron tidied all of this away after completing the job and he left it all looking as he found it.
