Great job, cleared the blockage that wasn’t on my property. Provided sound advice wrt who was responsible for the drainage, which meant I was reimbursed by Northumbrian Water even after they initially said it wasn’t their issue. Highly recommend this trader, would be the first I would call for any future issues.

Aaron came out quickly after I called him and was very professional. He identified the cause of our blocked toilet which was a blockage in the manhole. The manhole turned out to be in a very tricky place buried under bricks and pebbles. Aaron tidied all of this away after completing the job and he left it all looking as he found it. Very happy with the service. Would recommend to others.
