10 Outside drain was blocked

I messaged Will late at night and he was with me first thing in the morning, the very next day. Will was brilliant! Very professional and fixed my blocked drain quickly and efficiently. We had a blocked toilet just before Christmas - we only had 1 toilet so we were panicking! After trying various YouTube solutions we called drain Jetter services who were recommended by a work colleague. Will fixed it quickly by finding 2 drains blocked. Will is so honest and helpful. I telephoned to explain my problem and he said it wasn't my drains but a plumbing problem and told me exactly what to tell my plumber to do. So helpful and kind. He really knows his stuff and due to the free advice, which saved us both a wasted call out, I have no hesitation to recommend him when it comes to drains because I am certain it will be knowledgeable, professional and honest work.
