  I couldn’t recommend Will more highly. We’ve had several drainage problems in our period property before and the drain companies we’ve used have been ponderous and ineffective. Will couldn’t been more different - he found a manhole we didn’t know existed and alleviated the problem swiftly. More importantly he did it all with a smile on his face and a sense of humour. Professional, responsive and charming - what more could you ask for?

  I’ve used Will before and wouldn’t use anyone else. Recently, the garden studio drain got badly blocked. We couldn’t figure out where the drains connected and if there was a pump, even Thames Water were stumped. I was fearing the worst (digging up entire patio after a dodgy builder) BUT, thanks to Will, we figured it out and got it sorted. So pleased that Will was so tenacious and professional. He knows his job and changes a very fair price. Thank you Will!

  Outside drain was blocked

  I messaged Will late at night and he was with me first thing in the morning, the very next day. Will was brilliant! Very professional and fixed my blocked drain quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Will and would not hesitate to contact Will for any drainage problems. Thank you so much Will for sorting everything!!

  2 blocked drains

  We had a blocked toilet just before Christmas - we only had 1 toilet so we were panicking! After trying various YouTube solutions we called drain Jetter services who were recommended by a work colleague. Will fixed it quickly by finding 2 drains blocked. Really pleased with the service and invoice amount. Would highly recommend their services!
