The work was carried out promptly and at quite short notice. It was done quickly and efficiently and everything left clean. A friendly efficient quick service at a reasonable price.

Having been recommended by a neighbour Will turned up after very little notice and started immediately on my urgent blocked drain problem - as we were losing the light and just carried on. Working quickly and professionally with the daylight going quickly he just solved the blockage problem and cleared the drain as it got colder, darker and darker clearing the stones that had blocked my drain (probably for some time) Double checking that the blockage was cleared he then Left the site clean and tidy I won't hesitate to give Will's details to everyone saying he cannot be beaten

Will came out to our blocked and flooded drain within a couple of days. Contact before and on the day ahead of arriving was very useful and kept us up to date as well as being clear on costs. Once at our house, Will reviewed our situation quickly and resolve the matter. He then showed us the issue, explained how it had occurred and advised us on ways to ensure it did not repeat again in the future. We also then mentioned another smaller issue with shower drainage which Will investigated and again resolved quickly. Will was extremely helpful, personable and professional.

I couldn’t recommend Will more highly. We’ve had several drainage problems in our period property before and the drain companies we’ve used have been ponderous and ineffective. Will couldn’t been more different - he found a manhole we didn’t know existed and alleviated the problem swiftly. More importantly he did it all with a smile on his face and a sense of humour. Professional, responsive and charming - what more could you ask for?

I’ve used Will before and wouldn’t use anyone else. Recently, the garden studio drain got badly blocked. We couldn’t figure out where the drains connected and if there was a pump, even Thames Water were stumped. I was fearing the worst (digging up entire patio after a dodgy builder) BUT, thanks to Will, we figured it out and got it sorted. So pleased that Will was so tenacious and professional. He knows his job and changes a very fair price. Thank you Will!
