10 CCTV Drainage Survey

I used Spencer from Drain Jet for a CCTV drainage survey on a property we are purchasing, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was excellent at communicating throughout the process. One of the manholes was blocked, and Spencer went above and beyond by cleaning it out without any extra charge. He identified issues with two drainage joins and provided a clear, professional quote for the repairs immediately. To top it off, I received the full report on the same day. A great experience from start to finish. Communication was easy, and they came out quickly. When they arrived, they carried out a full inspection to identify the problem, and it became clear that further investigation was needed on the mains drainage. They took the time to properly understand the issue, kept me informed throughout, and ultimately unblocked the main line.
