Both Spenser and Pete were prompt, thorough and clearly explained the problem. Pete cleaned up the drains, explaining the problem and confirming the Water Boards responsibility. They were friendly and attending quickly, explaining everything quickly and giving potential causes and solutions. Nothing was too much trouble.

Spencer was friendly and informative, he organised the survey quickly and dealt directly with the estate agents which took a load off our plate. He kept us updated to date with progress and got the report back to us in next to no time, he explained everything clearly and concisely. We would absolutely recommend Drain Jet!

I rang drain jet with a blocked toilet after being let down by 2 other plumbers. They came really quickly the next morning and did a fantastic job. They quickly identified the problem and talked me through everything they did to fix it. Really efficient and friendly and cleared up after themselves. Also a really reasonable price after being quoted double by another company to do the same job. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Spencer and Peter cleared our sewer blockage and then lined the pipe to prevent the root ingress which was causing the blockage. Very happy with every aspect of their work - on time, professional, and sorted the problems. They're nice guys too. I recommend them 100%.
