We had 3 different companies attend our house, one said that the floor needs digging up, one said we need new pipes and one said he can't do anything after try to plunge the shower. Phoned drain doctor they said someone would be with us about 2 pm .had a call about 11 am saying the technician would be with us in 15 minutes. My lack of plumbing expertise left me vulnerable to be taken to the cleaners...but not by Drain Doctors. After listening to what my problem was, the plumber (I didn't get his name) who was merely here to quote for adding some water outlet pipes, checked a few things, cleared a blockage and then told me that what was already in place, will work once we have our new appliance fitted.
