Came on time, carried out the work quickly, tidied up… very pleased (although it was a little expensive!)

We had 3 different companies attend our house, one said that the floor needs digging up, one said we need new pipes and one said he can't do anything after try to plunge the shower. Phoned drain doctor they said someone would be with us about 2 pm .had a call about 11 am saying the technician would be with us in 15 minutes. The man arrived he looked around the problem and said it would be sorted within a hour . 50 minutes later it was all done .Thank you Drain Doctor 5***** brilliant service.

I run a busy pub, and suffered a blocked urinal drain at 7pm on Christmas Eve in a heaving pub. By 8.30 the Drain doctor was pulling off the carpark having not only got here, but remedied my blockage. Polite and helpful. Saved my bacon.

My lack of plumbing expertise left me vulnerable to be taken to the cleaners...but not by Drain Doctors. After listening to what my problem was, the plumber (I didn't get his name) who was merely here to quote for adding some water outlet pipes, checked a few things, cleared a blockage and then told me that what was already in place, will work once we have our new appliance fitted. He was polite professional and extremely helpful. If we need a plumber now, we'd go nowhere else.

Very frustrating experience. Never trust them for any job please. Will mislead you completely. My husband opened and unblick design which he said need chemical clean.

Had a leak coming from what I thought was one source but turned out to be somewhere different! Had a call very quickly after submitting the issue on here and Brad arrived just as fast to assess and fixed the problem on the spot even faster! Lovely guy, thank you so much for your help :)
