    Excellent service

    Excellent service from start to finish. All staff a credit to the company. Given that I know nothing about drains, they explained different things. The engineer attended first thing the next day and such a nice chap. I was not at the property, but he phoned to advise when he would attend and kept me updated throughout the process and also advised when he had finished. I’ve since been provided with all the information from the report and was even phoned so that I could discuss and go through any queries. The whole process has been made very stress free.

    Very prompt response from the office and trusted advice given by the guys. Big job of a new soakaway professionally done the next day, consulted throughout, finished off well. Would highly recommend.

    Do not use this company. The visit was 90 minutes for which I was charged £560 !!!

    Multiple storm gullies and kitchen gully blocked. Large amounts of earth and roots were removed. You were fully aware of the quoted rates and signed in agreement. You were charged £292.22 for clearance and asked for a CCTV at a cost of £175,subject to VAT

    A Job Well Done.

    Tom, the drainage engineer doing the work, was friendly, efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. He explained what the issues were and how they could be resolved. Several drains were blocked but Tom worked methodically and professionally and managed to clear them.

    Wonderful Plumbing Service-Efficient, Fast, Good Communication and Solution Oriented

    They were wonderful. They were able to find a solution that didn't involve ripping up the floors where other plumbing companies were clear that was the only solution. They were in good communication on arrival times, were fast, friendly, efficient and explained to me the problem and how to solve it at each step. Could not recommend more!
