    QUICK SERVICE & FAIR PRICING

    We have a very old house in Bude (with very old plumbing)after trying to clear a blockage in our outside drain we called Drain Division (after trying numerous local companies) on Friday afternoon (7.8) after explaining the problem and being given their clear fair pricing structure we were given an appointment for today (10.8) The two chaps that came were friendly & professional and cleared the blockage with the help of a powerful machine in an hour. We were charged as estimated-no call out just an hours labour and half an hour use of the machine. Brilliant service-recommend to all !!

    Professional and polite staff, and a job well done.

    Alick visited to do the survey . Very personable man, and easy to talk to. We already hand idea that we may have had a problem with the pitch fibre drain. The survey was completed with little fuss. We were given a quote there and then to rectify the issue. The cost of the survey was deducted. Alick came with another man the following week and the work was completed to our satisfaction. We were allowed to view the repair on camera before payment.. I am extremely pleased with the work and the men who did it. Reassuring to know you have a guarantee too. Highly recommended.

    Good service

    Lloyd and colleague arrived and soon found the problem, they jetted through and cleared what was quite a big blockage. They then flushed through to make sure it was clear. They did put a camera down and checked the pipe right to the boundary. I paid the bill and they were gone, they were only here for about an hour.
