    Blocked and broken domestic underground drainage pipe from kitchen and utility room.

    One engineer started the job on day 1, expecting it to be straightforward but on identifying a broken pipe underground he very quickly arranged for two engineers to visit and do the job properly 3 days later.

    Drain division had helped in an emergency. Efficient, organised, punctual and knowledgeable. We then had second crisis! They responded next day. The phone service is knowledgeable and very helpful. The men worked in horrid weather. Redoing our drainage system, advising and giving a fast solution. They knew we were going away shortly. They have sophisticated equipment and up to date solutions. We can't speak highly enough of them. A job well done. Thank you.

    Refreshing Honesty – Highly Recommend!

    Drain Division called me within seconds of posting my job and came out the next day. They assessed the issue and were honest in advising that it was something Thames Water should handle rather than charging me for work I didn’t need. Thames Water cleared the blockage the following day, just as they said. I really appreciated the honesty. Although Drain Division didn’t end up doing the work this time, their integrity and professionalism really stood out. Thanks to their honesty, they’ll be my first call if I ever need drainage support again!

    Honest and Reliable

    Most pleased with the work carried out, Tom the engineer was polite and helpful and explained the process. We had pitch fibre drains that needed to be replaced at our house built in late 1960s, job was completed the same day most satisfactory.
