10 Cleared blocked toilet and drain caused by toddler and plastic lids...

Came out to clear a blocked toilet that previously a well known London plumbing company failed to clear. Drain Detectives were great. They quickly identified the blockage with their CCTV, found the right manhole access point (not that straightforward at our property) and recovered the blockage (toddler decided to put a plastic bottle lid down the toilet). The engineer was great and cleaned up after. Given the time and work done these guys were amazing and very cost effective (compared with said other firm...) Drain Detectives were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The people on the phone were friendly and helpful - walking us through the process and booking us in same day. The chap who came to undertake the work was presentable, friendly and knowledgeable - with the right kit to hand to get the work done! I was then sent a payment link the next day to settle up.
