  After placing details of the drain problem on the Checkatrader website, Andy at Drain Defenders called me within half an hour. He asked if it was convenient to talk, which it wasn't so he called back the next morning. I also had calls from Elite Drains, and Drain Division. Drain Defender were cheaper and they got a van to our home just after lunch. We watched what they did and it certainly helped remove some of the blockage. They identified tree roots as the issue. we fixed this ourselves but we wouldn't have know where to start without their help and advice.

  Really happy with the work carried out and the professionalism of Pete and Liam - the job wasn’t easy but they explored all options and found a solution that minimised any damage to get to the problem and fix it. They were with me quickly, all work was explained clearly and thoroughly and they showed me the CCTV survey to show me the problem. They left everything tidy when they had finished.
