When the guys arrived they were very thorough & super informative. There was a slight delay for the work due to an ongoing urgent job, and I was unable to be flexible on the original booking day. But nonetheless the quality of work was excellent. They even gave me insight of potential issues in the future with a hidden manhole. Very happy with the work & very quickly resolved.

I had an awful company do some overpriced work leaving things more damaged than when they started. I was so nervous about reaching out to another company but drain defenders were AMAZING! I can’t recommend this company enough. They were totally transparent with the price, so respectful, clean and left my garden looking better than when I moved in. I can’t say I’ve ever had such a good experience with any tradesmen. I’m a single mum and having professionals in my space can be nerve racking but they were incredible.

Quick to respond to my request. They rapidly identified serious problems with my drainage system which had previously been masked by decking now removed. They carried comprehensive and very professional assessment of the system, and addressed multiple issues. Communication was good throughout, particularly in terms of managing my expectations of a mounting price. Would recommend.
