They were on time, polite and professional, assessed the situation and carried out the work at the same time.

The team were very clear with what the issue was, and kept me updated before they undertook any work that would cost more than originally quoted. Left the area tidy after they were done, especially impressive given they were digging up paving in the rain!

The guys showed up on time and managed to unblock the outside drain. When using a camera to check it was all unblocked, they identified and issue with the pipes that caused the blockage, explained it clearly to me and what was need to fix it.

Had a problem with vent under patio. Posted job and got immediate response from Andy. Arranged to have someone visit following day. No one arrived. Had to call to rearrange appt. Arrived following day, said they could 'fix' the problem. Came back next day to carry out work. Report stated•Concreted the bed beneath the patio flags to effectively soundproof the area and reduce auditory disturbance. and •Backfilled and reinstated the area, laid flags in cement, and re-skimmed the surface to a high standard. Not true. Slabs NOT on concrete bed. Recemented area awful cost £2k. Won't use again.

Came on time-examined drain. Problem was flow into and out. Investigated -our area known for 'difficult' drain 'pathways'. pipes had become partially disconnected. Photo used to determine details etc. New modern piping needed . Very helpful man showed me every thin g he was doing. I can honestly say he and his assistant worked very hard all day-said they would not stop for drink until finished-efficient and friendly. I was pleased with the neatness also.

Yesterday I contacted Checkatrade, re blocked drainage. I had an immediate response from Drain Defenders, they arrived this morning, job done by mid-day. They were cheerful, pleasant and courteous. I am absolutely delighted with the job done by Drain Defenders. Now I have to wait for a downpour to see if the problem has been sorted.
