Extremely quick response to enquiry, resulting in next day attendance for a non-emergency job. Communication was very good, with attending contractors giving accurate updates on arrival time. Friendly and very professional approach to the job, which escalated through having to clear blockage and suck out water to enable CCTV survey to be carried out. Survey determined that pipework on property was sound and that blockage was downstream off property and thus responsibility of water board. I was very happy that consequently, they waived all charges and carried out the survey for free.

They were very quick, thorough, identified the issue after some deep diagnostic work, got the job done within days (yesterday) and kept me up to date all the way through the job. They were clean in their making good and have supported any questions I have had from my insurance company. Great work. Would definitely use them again.
