All of the people I have interacted with at Drain & Able have been great. The back office as well as the on-site engineers were very friendly and professional throughout. The problem was identified quickly and an immediate fix executed, as well as a clear explanation of what was needed to prevent reoccurrence. I called Drain and Able in Reading due to a blocked external drain at my elderly mother’s house. I spoke with a lady called Diane who was very sympathetic and who quickly arranged for the engineer to come to site. I met Kevin onsite at the agreed time he was very courteous and went about his job in a very professional way. It didn’t take Kevin long to clear the blockage, and afterwards Kevin checked to make sure everything was working as it should be before he left site.
