Ben, from Drain & Able first attended on 24th March. He was more than happy to let me watch what was going on, and showed me the camera view revealing the damage done by a water pipe ‘moling’ through a toilet drain, thus causing our toilet to back up. By 4th April all work had been completed. When the repair was actually undertaken, like any small boy, I wanted to look in the hole and see what was going on, and this didn’t cause them any problem. Drain & Able were helpful and informative on what I needed to check for any defects in my drainage system . 2 Gentlemen turned up on time they were very nice, they worked efficiently and having found one of the drains was partially blocked they cleared that for me. They were neat and tidy, polite and pleasant. I do have a issue with a defective pipe, and photo's were sent to me so I could see what the problem was. I would recommend Drain & Able .

The drainage crew arrived ahead of schedule and promptly found and cured the problem. I couldn't ask for a better service and would thoroughly recommend Drain & Able to carry out any work on your drainage system.

Ben is an absolute gem! He made what could have been a stressful plumbing job completely stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and his professionalism shone through. On top of that, there was plenty of laughter along the way, which made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. If you need a plumber who knows his stuff and brings a great vibe, Ben’s your guy! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Drain & Able enough. I had to have a CCTV drain inspection and subsequently drainage remedial work was needed. Diane (in the office) is super helpful, efficient and great at communicating. Ben, who carried out the work was brilliant. Explained everything he was doing, showed me the issues and the repairs he was undertaking at every stage so I could see what was going on. He is a joy to have carry out work, very clean and tidy, respectful of property, turns up when he says he will and clearly knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends & family.
