  Good job by Mo and his team, have had a problem with our toilet being blocked and rising up the bowl for a few years now. Ali removed the toilet found the blockage and was very thorough removing and cleaning a big lump of limescale that had formed around some builder's waste in the pipe behind. Toilet was replaced and we are very happy our toilet now functions as it should.

  The downstairs toilet flush wasn't draining and the bowl was filling up and draining slowly.

  Great service provided as I had a visit within 2 hours of my initial conversation. The cause of the blockage was quickly identified and following a power wash, the problem was resolved. Ali, was great and explained what he was doing and communicated well.
