DE engineer Tony sorted out our blocked sink drain very efficiently. He was very professional and made sure everything was OK, (no leaks from the replaced U-bend etc). Tidied up and thoroughly cleaned round the work area. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a blocked bath drainage pipe. It was in an awkward position in a narrow gap between two extensions. Mo was fantastic - friendly and professional. He arrived on time and jetted the pipe and despite it looking like this wasn’t going to clear the issue, he kept at it and the blockage finally cleared. The ‘reliability’ score is only lower because having booked the appointment some time in advance unfortunately there was a calendar mix up on the day I expected an engineer. This isn’t a reflection on Mo.

I submitted a request regarding a blocked kitchen sink drain at around 9PM and I got a callback instantly. After I explained the situation and provided the details, the gentleman arrived at my place within an hour. He was very polite and professional. Not only he did the job in less than 30 minutes, he also left the place clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable considering that it was an emergency job. I would highly recommend Drainage Experts and wouldn't hesitate to get their service again.

Mo the gentleman that came out to unblock the toilet was marvellous no hesitation he got the work donein about 30 mins Mo was a very lovely man very cheerful. We would recommend the company to anyone
