Really tidy work and good communication throughout. George came to check a slow drain and found a leak caused by some incorrect pipework. He explained everything clearly and gave us a good solution. I would highly recommend this company for their fantastic communication and work carried out unblocking and re-lining my waste pipes. They responded promptly to my initial enquiry and turned up to our arranged appointment without any issue. The engineers were polite, friendly and professional. They kept me informed throughout and carried out the work in a thorough, tidy and timely manner and backed up with a 20 year guarantee. Videos, photos and a full report were provided promptly after the job.
