We were very happy with the service provided. Jordan from head office was able to diagnose the problem with photos and videos and talked us through the different issues to consider. His team were able to attend within a day and do some initial work on the drainage issue before then identifying the soakaway as the main problem and installed a new one within a week. All of the people who came to the house were professional and hardworking. Would happily recommend.

I was delighted with the excellent customer service provided in giving me a quotation for work on my drains. In the end the local waste water company has taken responsibility for this, but I would return to Drainage Doctor if I needed further help.

After some visual cracks in the exterior wall of our house, we discovered that there was a collapsed rest bend under the house which needed replacing. We contacted Drainage Doctor through checkatrade, who attended to replace the old pipe work and rest bend with new PVC pipes. Sam and his colleague were total professionals, and worked hard throughout, keeping me well informed about the progress. Very pleased to have this fixed, and a weight off of my mind. I would highly recommend Drainage Doctor ltd.

Called Drainage Doctor due to overflowing soakaway flooding garage and driveway. Within 24hrs an engineer (George) was with me and after an hour diagnosed the issue using cctv and provided a detailed quote, which I accepted. Three days later, a team was with me to dig out the old inadequate soakaway and replace with new and more suitable kit. The work was carried out quickly and without any fuss or undue mess despite atrocious weather on the day. Everyone on this team was polite and prompt and inspired confidence that the job was being done properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Employee came out (arrived late) to look at my outside drain. Came up with loads of work that needed doing. Originally said £500-£900 then came back and quoted me £2,895. I got another opinion from a different company who informed me that half the work I was quoted for didn’t need doing or was things they wouldn’t charge for, and they quoted me £1,590. When I informed drainage doctor I didn’t require them to carry out the remaining work, what I’m presuming is the owner of the company became extremely persistent and passive aggressive, not to mention rude. Steer clear !!!

Came around and checked pipe works. Kept me informed off all the work they are doing and possible solutions.
