Was incredibly helpful and was very quickly came out to assess the issues i was having. Found the problem and had a quote that evening. Said I was happy with the quote and the repair was carried out with no trouble at all. Very professional and reliable and I will definitely be using them again If needed in the future. Hayden came promptly , as promised. He described the primary components of the CH system, a complex pressurised system with radiators and underfloor heating components, new to us since we moved in only a few months ago. He explained as he serviced each part (because I was interested ) and adjusted everything to be optimal. He was professional and methodical at all times, but also friendly and informative. Firstly about me: I'm a Army veteran turned plumbing and heating engineer from North Wales, I served in Afghanistan twice and after suffering injuries from a bomb blast on my 2nd tour, it led me to being discharged and searching for a new career where I ventured in plumbing and heating repairs and installs and have done it ever since 2014, and I have 9 years experience in the trade.
