Hayden did a great job servicing the boiler. He had to replace more parts than expected as they were quite worn. He also replaced the timer and fixed the thermostat so the heating is no longer on 24 hours a day. All is working well now.

Hayden is a real "find"! We honestly can't recommend him highly enough! We are moving house - & put out a plea when our buyers said they couldn't cope with Nest for managing the heating. They wanted a conventional controller instead. Hayden booked us in as soon as he had availability. His communication is superb & he let us know when he was half an hour away. He completed the task within an hour & really is a delightful & efficient guy. Everything about him is professional & we will absolutely DEFINITELY be using him a in our new property. If only all trades were like this. Good communication, punctual and fair pricing. Hayden made a very neat job of installing/relocating a radiator and fixed a fault on my boiler. I would not hesitate to recommend Dragon Heat.

We needed a boiler service, filter clean, inhibitor check, and rebalancing of radiator flows in each of 9 radiators in our house. Communication was easy, and Hayden arrived promptly. He talked us through his work explaining what he did and why. He is clearly very passionate about his work! It was a pleasure having him resolve our heating problems!

Lee was fantastic and was service with a smile, we told him we smelt gas and everything was booked in straight the way. We have a little boy and having the gas cut of meant no heating, Lee left us an electric heater to warm us up. He fixed the boiler and filled us with confidence, would recommend this company to everyone. Very friendly, thank you Lee your a star for saving the day!
