  Checking Electric Cooker

  We had an Electric cook that needed disconnecting from the mains socket. The engineer was great, explained what he had done and left everything else in perfect working order. The whole experience with this person was fantastic from start to finish.

  Replacement of old fuse box

  Dragon express arrived on time and carried out the work very quickly and to a very high standard. Communication was clear and concise and all waste and rubbish was cleared away. The charge was very reasonable and even less than initially estimated. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone.

  Modern heating system installed - perfect.

  Andy Hu did a really great job. The heating system (hot water and central heating) was broken. He replaced the old control system with a modern Hive Thermostat Mini system. He did the job quickly (in about 2 hours) without any documentation for the old system. It works perfectly.

  New thermostat system installed and working perfectly.

  Andy Hu was just wonderful. He contacted me on Thursday morning, arrived with the new equipment (Hive Thermostat package) at 13.00 and finished by 15.00. He was replacing an ancient system (Randall 702) - 36 years old, with a modern wireless system. I had no documentation, but he worked it all out, and left with the hot water and radiators working perfectly. He is an excellent engineer.
